To improve functionality and increase conversion rates, I redesigned the Brilliant site and crafted new copy for all marketing materials. Specific deliverables included high level look and feel recommendations, detailed wireframes for each page, customer profiles, and a new tagline ("Better branded products.") and one-sentence description ("Brilliant curates, ships, and helps you distribute well-designed branded merchandise.").
The updated copy increased email open rates by 54%. We are currently implementing and testing the site redesigns.
